Zoro has to be second strongest Straw Hat by now — here's my case
After the Mihawk fight in Egghead and his consistent showings against high tiers, Zoro has firmly planted himself above everyone except Luffy. His CoC awakening is basically confirmed at this point, and his progression mirrors pre-timeskip Luffy way too closely to be coincidence. Sanji fans will cope but the writing is on the wall.
